Shipping & Delivery
My parcel is delivered damaged. How can we resolve this?
We give high priority on a good quality of packaging to protect shipments from damages during transit. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged package, please contact us within 2 business days. Firstly, please send us detailed photos of the damage via email and we will contact you with full details. In that case we offer a free return and replacement or refund.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use Hellenic Post (1st registered class) and DHL Express Worldwide.
When my item will be delivered?
Times of delivery are different for each item or location. For Europe the estimated time is 9-15 business days and for worldwide delivery is 13-21 business days.
Where can I find my tracking number of shipping?
As soon as your goods are prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail and tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24 hours after ordering, please contact us and we will inform you further.
Why the shipment takes so long?
Possible reasons might be:
Difficult access to the address given, strikes, public holidays, peak periods, failed delivery attempts, local post offices, customs obligations (for Non EU customers), weather conditions, misspelled, outdated or incomplete address.
I have received a faulty/defective item. How we proceed

Can you do discounts?
Our offered prices are in the best possible. There might be times that we run discounts. Make sure to follow the item you need so you check the latest change.
Can you do free shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and location. We try to maintain low shipping prices.
Can you make special bulk discounts?
If you are interested in purchasing in high quantity, please contact us further.
Returns
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns other that faulty/damaged/defective, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Refunds
When do I receive my refund?
In case of an exchange: You will ship the item at first and then we send the replacement (as soon as the tracking number of the return is valid). As soon as you receive your reconsignment, we will check the returned item (if they are complete and free of damage). In case the returned goods are not in the condition sent or there are other impairments that impact negatively the resale value, we retain up to 30 % of the overall price of the goods.
A credit invoice will be generated will be created and we will reimburse your payment amount as soon as possible. The refund will be made to the primarily chosen method of payment.
I want to cancel my order/edit my order?
This can be done by contacting us within 1 business day. Send us your request and we will guide you further.
Invoices, Taxes and General Questions
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, every order comes with an invoice either in the package or via email.
Do you offer original products?
Yes, offered items are 100% original from respective manufacturers and wholesalers.
How fast can you answer questions?
You will get a response from us within 1 business day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm EET/EEST

I want to change my address or name after receipt. Can this happen?
Unfortunately, because of tax purposes this is not possible.
I am located outside European Union. Am I going to pay taxes during import?
When you import an item, sometime the item is subject to additional duties or taxes. This is different from country to country. You should contact your local customs or tax authority to let you know about the "De Minimis Threshold Value".
I am located outside European Union. What invoice do I get?
For customers outside European Union, we provide order exempt from VAT. You don’t have to pay Greek VAT for your order. Please note that order exempt from VAT is only possible if delivery and invoice address are situated in the same country.
I want an item that I can't find in your shop. What should I do?
